Welcome to Staffing Engine 2.0: The Next Evolution of the Staffing Engine AI Platform

We’re excited to begin the rollout of Staffing Engine 2.0, the next evolution of the Staffing Engine AI platform.

Over the last year, we’ve reinvented how we build and ship products, and that change is allowing us to move faster, release new capabilities more quickly, and turn customer feedback into product improvements at a much more accelerated pace.

This release introduces a brand new Staffing Engine Web App, a rebuilt Staffing Engine Chrome Extension, and major upgrades across Engine Alerts, EngineGPT, and new Engine AI Insights and StaffingGPT AI Model Studio.

The goal is simple: give your team faster tools, faster access, and faster intelligence across recruiting and sales.

A more connected Staffing Engine experience

For many teams, Staffing Engine has become a critical layer in the workflow. That means the experience needs to do more than deliver isolated features.

It needs to help recruiters, sales reps, admins, and leaders work from a more connected platform. It needs to provide visibility into what is happening, control over how AI is used, and faster access to the tools that drive action.

That is what Staffing Engine 2.0 is designed to deliver.

With a rebuilt Chrome Extension and a new Web App, your team now has more flexibility in how they access Staffing Engine and a stronger foundation for the features still to come.

Engine Alerts: More visibility and control

We’ve made major improvements to Engine Alerts to give users and admins a better experience and more control over alert management.

What’s new:

  • New Engine Alerts interface available in both the Chrome Extension and the new Web App
  • Admins can now create and edit custom alerts
  • New enlarged alert detail view and filters

These updates make alerts easier to configure, easier to review, and easier to manage across your team.

For staffing firms, that means better operational visibility and more control over how important information reaches recruiters, sales reps, and leaders.

EngineGPT: Standardize and scale productivity

We’ve also rolled out major upgrades to EngineGPT.

These new features are designed to help teams move faster while creating more consistency across recruiting and sales workflows.

What’s new:

  • New interface with dynamic prompts that pull data directly from your ATS
  • Create and share prompt templates across your team
  • Voice dictation for faster prompting
  • Shared prompt folders for sales and business development

These updates make it easier for staffing firms to standardize best practices, reduce repetitive work, and scale what is already working across the team.

Instead of every recruiter or sales rep starting from scratch, firms can now build and share better prompt workflows across the organization.

Introducing StaffingGPT AI Model Studio

One of the most strategic additions in Staffing Engine 2.0 is StaffingGPT AI Model Studio.

This gives staffing firms the ability to upload internal knowledge and build a private AI model around their own business.

That includes:

  • policies
  • benefits information
  • training materials
  • video transcripts
  • process documentation
  • proprietary operational knowledge

In other words, your firm’s internal expertise can now become accessible through AI.

That means recruiters and sales reps can ask questions and get instant answers grounded in your own content and operating model.

Examples include:

  • What are our benefits and PTO policies?
  • What is our process for submitting to this client?
  • How should I handle this objection in a sales conversation?
  • What does our team require before moving a candidate forward?
  • Where can I find the right training for this workflow?

This creates clear operational value:

  • Faster onboarding for new team members
  • More consistency across the organization
  • Less time spent searching for internal information
  • Better access to the firm’s knowledge and best practices

For many staffing firms, this is the next step in AI adoption. Not just using generic AI tools, but building AI around the way their business actually runs.

Engine AI Insights: See what’s working

One of the biggest additions in Staffing Engine 2.0 is Engine AI Insights.

This gives staffing firms a new way to see activity and performance across Staffing Engine products in one place.

With Engine AI Insights, you can:

  • View dashboards across all of your Staffing Engine products
  • Review Engine AI Agent conversations, collected data, and placements
  • Track how many EngineGPT prompts your team is using
  • Monitor your lead funnel with analytics and reporting
  • View a Recruiter Leaderboard for leads claimed, contacted, and placed

This is important because AI adoption is not just about having tools.

It is about understanding usage, measuring activity, and giving leaders visibility into what is happening across the platform.

Engine AI Insights helps turn Staffing Engine from a set of capabilities into a more measurable operating layer for your team.

Why Staffing Engine 2.0 Matters

Staffing Engine 2.0 is not just a feature release.

It is a step toward a more connected AI platform for staffing firms.

It gives:

  • Recruiters and sales reps faster access to answers, prompts, and workflows
  • Leaders more visibility into usage, funnel activity, and outcomes
  • Admins more control over alerts, templates, and internal AI knowledge

That combination matters.

Because the firms that win with AI will not just be the ones that experiment with it.

They will be the ones that operationalize it.

This is just the beginning

We’re excited to continue rolling out Staffing Engine 2.0 and bringing customer feedback into the platform faster than ever.

More features, more improvements, and more product updates are on the way. Thanks for being part of the journey.
