Customer Implementation and Experience Specialist

Job Description

Role:

Staffing Engine is looking for a highly skilled Customer Implementation and Experience Specialist to own the onboarding process for new customers and their experience throughout the customer lifecycle. You will play a vital role, alongside the VP of Customer Experience and CX team, in building out the framework for each of our customers to accelerate their recruiting process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with customers starting immediately after the sale of products and services
  • Creating an onboarding project plan and timeline, as well as keeping action items up to date, for each new customer
  • Managing onboarding and implementation projects for multiple customers simultaneously
  • Engaging with sales and product teams to scope implementation projects
  • Educating customers on standard use cases, best practices, and how day to day processes for their internal and end users will be improved
  • Building out chatbot flows, knowledge models, and designing conversations based on customer needs and requests
  • Working with customers to integrate our platform with their existing tech stack
  • Producing and providing training materials for users before go live
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and communicating with our engineering team (and the customer when necessary) to achieve resolution

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Project and change management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in complex problem solving
  • Team-oriented with a startup mentality
  • Staffing and recruiting tech experience preferred
  • Chatbot/conversation design experience is a bonus
  • Low code/no code GUI experience is a bonus
