Before we connected with Heather, GQR faced a common challenge – old-school manual lead distribution. Recognizing the need for change, Heather was looking for a new approach to the problem that could keep up with the rapid pace of the healthcare staffing Industry.

An accomplished executive and 18-year veteran in the staffing industry, Heather Jennings finds innovative solutions for complex staffing problems by blending cutting-edge technology with strategic insight to enhance the candidate and client experience. Jennings joined GQR Healthcare in 2020 as an executive VP and moved to lead GQR Global Markets’ revenue technology team earlier this year. In this role, she has pioneered AI lead distribution, a groundbreaking approach to streamline efficiency and raise industry standards within the staffing ecosystem. She also co-created GQR’s online application portal, which earned her team recognition as a finalist for Best In-House Innovation at the 2022 Recruiter Awards in London.
